What is your rate card for overnight services?

Do you offer packaging for customers shipments?

Yes, Fargo offers packaging solutions as per customers request at a competitive price.

Do you offer additional insurance services for courier customers items?

Yes, we have an insurance package for Good In transit which is at 1% of the total value of Goods (NB:- With a limit of Kshs. 350,000/- per item)

We also have an additional legal and contractual insurance option for contracted customers.

Do customers receive SMS alerts upon shipping & deliveries completion?

Yes, this is provided, for cash clients to both the recipient and sender respectively.

Do you transport pets?

No, Fargo does not transport live animals.

Do you have an integration API option for online customers?

Yes we do.

Do you offer Same Day Services?

Yes, (this depends on last destination address).

We have a dedicated department for same-day services.

Do you deliver sensitive items like tenders and cold chain items?

Yes, we have a product for cold chain items, for tenders we encourage customers to hand-over to us 48hrs before closing time.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery Services?

No, we do not have COD services.

Do you transport furniture?

Yes, which should be properly packaged/wrapped.

Do you offer Warehousing & Archiving Services?

Yes, we have warehousing & Archiving solutions tailor-made for each customer’s specification.

Do you transport cakes?

No, we do not transport cakes through our system.

Do you transport Gold, Jewelry or cash?

No we do not but our sister company Wells Fargo does through their Valuables-In-Transit division.

Yes we do
